FUTURE OF WORK ARCHETYPE: LOCUS

We recently surveyed 1,000 business leaders around the world, asking them how they expect their organizations to operate in the future across three core dimensions: People, Spaces and Practices. The findings enabled us to define eight archetypes of future work. 

This week we reveal our fourth archetype; the Locus Business. 



These types of businesses display people-centric, rooted and dynamic attributes.

This business values collective, group intelligence. Operating within a flat structure as opposed to a hierarchical one, Locus organizations identify set locations within their workplace for activity and face-to-face problem solving. 

All while being supported by mainstream tech and tools to maximise efficiencies.
